2.13.2018 | Full Time Radon Mitigator

We are currently accepting applications for a full-time Radon Mitigation Technician

Requirements and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Must be able to pass a driver's license and background check
• Previous experience in construction/remodeling a plus
• Ability to learn quickly learn the construction practices
• Experience not necessary we will train
• Ability to clearly and effectively communicate 
• Demonstrate ability to manage time well and to multitask
• Self motivated team player with a positive attitude

Physical Requirements/working conditions: 
• Ability to lift 50 pounds on a regular basis 
• Ability to frequently kneel, squat, bend,  stoop, twist, and reach overhead with repetitive motions

The ideal candidate will be able to learn quickly and handle general construction tasks including the use of roto hammers, hole drills, and cut and glue plastic vent pipe. You must be able to work indoors and outdoors, in crawlspaces, perform construction related tasks including the use of power tools and moderate lifting, working on ladders, and basic roof repair installing pipe flashing. Training will be provided, with pay raises based upon performance.

We are currently accepting applications for a full-time Environmental Field Laborer

Desired requirements and experience include but are not limited to:
•Must be able to pass a driver's license and background check
•Comfortable driving large vehicles in the Portland Metro Area
•Ability to clearly and effectively communicate verbally and in writing
•Attention to detail in note taking, Quality Control, and following instructions
•Demonstrate ability to manage time well, problem solve and multitask
•Self motivated team player with a positive attitude
•Previous experience with power tools , mechanical equipment, or excavation a plus
•Previous experience performing heating oil tank or underground storage tank work a plus
•Previous experience performing soil/groundwater/soil vapor a plus
•We will train the right person

High School or GED equivalent required

Physical Requirements/working conditions:
•Ability to lift 50 pounds or more on a regular basis
•Ability to work outside in Oregon weather during all seasons
•Ability to do physically demanding work like soil sampling, digging and lifting
•vAbility to frequently kneel, squat, bend, and stoop, twist, and reach overhead with

We are currently looking for an ALL STAR Sewer Video Inspection Specialist

• Previous experience performing sewer scopes and inspections is a plus

• Ability to clearly and effectively communicate sewer problems with our clients and team members
• Demonstrate ability to manage time well and to multitask

•Oil tank or Sewer excavation experience a plus
Physical Requirements/working conditions:
•Ability to lift 30 pounds on a regular basis and 50 pounds occasionally
•Ability to frequently kneel, squat, bend, stoop, twist, and reach overhead with repetitive motions

Requirements and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
•General Labor related to excavation, concrete, pipe laying, digging, and site clean up

•Must be able to drive a truck and trailer, no CDL required
•Sewer line repair and installation experience a plus
•Ability to pass drug test and driver's license background check
•Reliable transportation
