This NE Portland home had elevated levels of radon which needed to be reduced before the new home buyer moved in. It took one day to install our sub-slab depressurization system, essentially pulling air out from under the basement floor and routing that air through an inline radon fan and venting to above roof line. This radon system is simple, and yet very effective for reducing radon gas in a home. Following up with a short term radon test using our continuous radon monitoring service, we ensured the desired functioning of the system and reduction in radon levels.
