I recently purchased a home with high radon levels. I had a mitigation service done through another company and my experience with their communication was very poor, and their mitigation hardly brought the radon levels down. After this I was even more stressed and concerned about finding a reputable company to work with.
I worked with Mark and Sam in the radon department at Environmental Works and they did a wonderful job throughout the entire process. They were familiar with the neighborhood and how it is an area with high radon, and they came up with a game plan, walking me through every step.
After the initial work was complete, the radon levels came way down to a safe level. I feel relieved and happy to not have this to worry about anymore. I would highly recommend Environmental Works to anyone needing a service they offer. Thank you!

Environmental Works added a radon mitigation system to our 100+ year old home. Radon levels went down below 1! Mark and Jackson were very helpful throughout the process. They accommodated many of our requests with thoughtful solutions and allowed us to paint the PVC pipe to match our exterior before installation. If you have thin walls or an older home, beware that the exterior radon fan noise can travel. It might be best to place it away from any bedroom.

I recently hired Environmental Works for a sewer line inspection on a home I’m looking to purchase, and I couldn't be more impressed with their professionalism. They arrived exactly on time and were ready to get to work immediately. The camera footage was crystal clear. It wasn’t just a blurry mess; I could actually see the condition of the pipe walls and the joints. They went as far as creating a YouTube video I could view and also share with family. Our technician, Colby Hilligoss, was fantastic. He walked us through the entire "tour" of my pipes in real time, pointing out and explaining exactly what was normal wear-and-tear versus a potential red flag. Within an hour of finishing, I had a digital link to the full video footage and a detailed written report for my records. Sewer issues are a homeowner’s worst nightmare, but this inspection gave me total peace of mind. I needed a radon system installed because the existing system was not installed correctly. EW worked with me, and Mark came out and did several quotes for the radon system and crawl space. I talked with Max and Mark with questions about the quote and changes to be made. They worked with me on this. I just decided to do the radon system first because the levels were high for now. Chase came out and installed the system and installed like was described in the quote. Chase did work with me to change how the piping would go in the attic, and it came out super, lowering the radon levels right away. I will continue to monitor, but they have a guarantee of less than a certain level. Max, Mark, and Chase were all a pleasure to work with.
