Jason saved us!! We experienced our first homeowner woes with a backed-up drain that went well beyond our drain snakes at home. After having one plumber previously come and was unsuccessful, we called Environmental Works and Jason came to our rescue! Amazing Experience with Environmental Works Dec 24, 2024

I had such an amazing experience with Jason from Environmental Works. I had a clogged kitchen sink the week of Christmas that my handyman couldn't figure out. I didn't think I would be able to get a plumber in until the new year. Environmental Works got me in the next day (Christmas Eve)! Jason came exactly as scheduled, diagnosed the problem, and corrected it all in under an hour. He was conscientious of my home and was extremely clean and diligent. He explained the problem and provided education on how to keep the problem from happening again. The price was very reasonable (I was honestly expecting double the price from my experience with urgent plumbing appointments in the past from other companies) and I was able to pay right away rather than having to wait for an invoice. I HIGHLY recommend Environmental Works. I have certainly found my plumber!

Awesome service! From the start of calling to inquire about services, the experience with Environmental Works was great. They were able to send someone out the next day, and they were able to quickly clear a clog that another company attempted to fix but was unable to and told us that we would need hydro-jetting, a specialized service that they didn’t offer. Environmental Works does perform hydro-jetting, but they were able to clear it without having to hydro-jet and were unsure why the last company was unable to do so. Definitely will use them again in the future!

As a general contractor, I have worked with Environmental Works on several jobs. They are a reliable company I can depend on. In Oregon there are plenty of old houses with outdated plumbing that tend to be at risk. When completing a basement remodel I always make sure to have these guys give me the okay on the plumbing before I plan any finish work. No one wants sewage in their basement or under their home! Environmental Works will make sure your home is safe and protected. Tree roots can be quite the problem for sewer lines in this state and this company knows how to fix every major issue! Jeremy Olson was the main point of contact and is the most genuine and thorough sales manager I have ever worked with. If you are a general contractor or a homeowner don’t hesitate to give them a call for inspections and emergency situations.

I recently purchased a home with high radon levels. I had a mitigation service done through another company and my experience with their communication was very poor, and their mitigation hardly brought the radon levels down. After this I was even more stressed and concerned about finding a reputable company to work with. I worked with Mark and Sam in the radon department at Environmental Works and they did a wonderful job throughout the entire process. They were familiar with the neighborhood and how it is an area with high radon, and they came up with a game plan, walking me through every step. After the initial work was complete, the radon levels came way down to a safe level. I feel relieved and happy to not have this to worry about anymore. Environmental Works added a radon mitigation system to our 100+ year old home. Radon levels went down below 1! Mark and Jackson were very helpful throughout the process. They accommodated many of our requests with thoughtful solutions and allowed us to paint the PVC pipe to match our exterior before installation. If you have thin walls or an older home, beware that the exterior radon fan noise can travel. It might be best to place it away from any bedroom.

Sol gave me a quote one year ago I wasn’t able to act on given my finances at the time. When he returned this year he didn’t jack up the price. I was so relieved. The cost was very reasonable compared to all the other quotes I received. The radon reading came back well below the readings prior to getting the mitigation work. Mark came to give us a quote quickly, answered my (many many) questions as first-time homeowners, and made sure we understood everything thoroughly before installation. He really helped guide us and work with us on what we needed with very fair pricing. Great communication all around. Chase installed our radon system day of and was just as great to work with—self-sufficient, quick & clean. Worked with our space to make the system fit right in like it was always there and it works perfectly! They are doing a follow-up test in 3 months to make sure that our radon levels stay down and the system is set up for long-term success. Which is SO great & reassuring, they clearly care about their work and service!
