Great work and communication during the whole process. If I ever need any work they do, I will be calling them in the future. Basically, they ended up having to dig out the area for our repair by hand (equipment wouldn't fit in our yard gate). After the repair work they did, you could not tell that a hole was dug by hand and filled in for our sewage line (no dirt over our pavers, and even the bark dust was put back in place). The quote was reasonable and did not change. I will recommend them to all my family and friends.

I was referred to Environmental Works by Diligent Plumbing once we learned we had more than one leak in our water main. Jeremy from EW was highly responsive from the first call. He provided an estimate to bore in a new water main. We accepted the estimate and EW had their crew (Leo, Jackson, Tommy, Rory) there within 2 days. Once the crew arrived, they encountered a lot of locate paint, leaving few square inches of unpainted concrete and garden. They soon decided that rather than thread the needle through a main intersection of gas, water, power, and fiber, they would aim a bit more south and bring the new water main into the crawlspace. It was a pleasure to watch this team brainstorm plan B, do some exploratory hydro-vac to confirm what was possible, and then make some noise. I especially appreciated them putting up with my occasional check-ins. They were focused, efficient, highly competent, and attentive to detail. They completed the installation, testing, and cleanup the same day. Leo informed me of some exposed copper pipe in the crawlspace which I have since insulated. It was a muddy job outside and a dirty job in the crawlspace. Before they left, the whole place was left as clean as they found it. After the City inspection, the EW restoration crew backfilled the entire hydro-vac area, making the space look as though it had not been touched. Suffice it to say the leaks are gone, and if I ever need service like this again, I know exactly who to call. Thanks, guys! This was a job very well done!

I just want to take a moment to express how grateful we were using Environmental Works. We were in the process of buying a house and needed a scan of the property for a possible fuel tank underground that was used for the oil furnace that has been removed. It was a time-sensitive issue and they definitely jumped on our request in a timely manner. It's nice to know that this company definitely strives to make customer service a top priority. Kieran was a tech that showed up 15 minutes early and was definitely a pleasure to have him perform the work. Kieran was very knowledgeable in his profession and extremely detailed. I had such an amazing experience with Jason from Environmental Works. I had a clogged kitchen sink the week of Christmas that my handyman couldn't figure out. I didn't think I would be able to get a plumber in until the new year. Environmental Works got me in the next day (Christmas Eve)! Jason came exactly as scheduled, diagnosed the problem, and corrected it all in under an hour. He was conscientious of my home and was extremely clean and diligent. He explained the problem and provided education on how to keep the problem from happening again. The price was very reasonable (I was honestly expecting double the price from my experience with urgent plumbing appointments in the past from other companies) and I was able to pay right away rather than having to wait for an invoice. I HIGHLY recommend Environmental Works. I have certainly found my plumber!

I recently had the need for a sewer scope, including jetting the line. Jason was fantastic! It was an inside sewer cleanout in a basement, and we had to bring the hose through a window and across the floor. The amount of care and attention to detail Jason put into the job was truly impressive! We've all had vendors that don't bother to wear booties, much less give a second thought to any mess they create... Re-piped my small ranch house. Got it done in 3 days—not 4 like the original estimate—SCORE! Included putting a new water line from the house to the street-side meter. Installed an additional outdoor faucet and installed frost-free faucets on all 3 exterior faucets. BONUS was having a water line run to my fridge ice maker and a whole house turn-off valve! The important part of this job was to run all lines in an efficient manner so I got hot water quicker in my kitchen and my bathroom, and that was a success! They also redid the piping under my kitchen sink so everything was cleaned up and insulated. They insulated all piping in the house crawlspace. I felt this was a well-managed project. A shoutout to Leo for working until 6:30 p.m. to finish the job on the 3rd day and taking the time to make sure I understood everything they did. I have previously used this company for radon testing—another successful project. I would confidently contact them again if I had another plumbing or radon job!

I had an excellent experience with Environmental Works. They came out pretty fast to assess our plumbing emergency - a broken pipe in our upstairs bathroom that caused water to pour down into our first floor and through the walls into the basement. They pinpointed the problem, got us to a point where we could use our water and scheduled us in pretty fast to do all the work. We worked with Krissy and Hannah in the office as well as Michael (who assessed the issue) and Leo (who did the work). Leo worked efficiently and had really great answers to all of my questions. Everyone I worked with from Environmental Works went above and beyond to provide excellent service. I highly recommend this company.
