The business I work for was dealing with low-to-no flow drains in our basement which would cause flooding. Tim was dispatched and arrived very punctual, friendly, and professional. He took the time to introduce himself, explain his plan of attack, and set up a hydro jet while being very mindful of our staff and workspaces. As a general contractor, I have worked with Environmental Works on several jobs. They are a reliable company I can depend on. In Oregon there are plenty of old houses with outdated plumbing that tend to be at risk. When completing a basement remodel I always make sure to have these guys give me the okay on the plumbing before I plan any finish work. No one wants sewage in their basement or under their home!
