Position Overview
Environmental Works LLC is seeking a high-level Licensed Journeyman Plumber to join our growing team.
We are especially interested in plumbers who already hold a Washington Journeyman Plumbing License or are licensed in both Oregon and Washington. Key Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Current Oregon Journeyman Plumbing License

- ServiceTitan experience is a plus

Position Overview
Environmental Works LLC is seeking a motivated, high-energy Pipelayer Laborer to join our Sewer and Underground Utility team.
We specialize in complex residential and commercial projects ranging from standard sewer repairs to advanced underground excavation. As a Pipelayer Laborer, you will be the backbone of our field operations, assisting in all aspects of underground excavation and utility installation.
This is not just “digging holes.” You will be part of a precision team installing critical infrastructure, operating heavy machinery, and ensuring site safety from trenching to final asphalt and concrete restoration.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in sewer line repair, pipe bursting, CIPP, and trenching.
- Support underground utility installations and excavation projects.
- Drive and park large construction vehicles and trailers throughout the Portland Metro area.
- Perform site clean-up, concrete pouring, and asphalt patching.
- Assist with precision hand digging and labor-intensive construction work.
- Maintain a positive, safe, and team-first attitude.
- Follow OSHA safety standards and company protocols.
- Manage time effectively and multitask in fast-paced environments.
Career Growth & Advancement
Phase 1: Laborer Training (0–6 Months)
- Master safety protocols, vehicle operations, and the basics of pipe installation and site restoration.
Phase 2: Laborer (6–18 Months)
- Take on more responsibility in pipe fitting and basic equipment operation.

Qualifications

- Comfortable working outdoors year-round in varying weather conditions.

Position Overview
This is an entry-level position ideal for someone looking to gain experience in the environmental field while working in a highly labor-intensive environment.
Environmental Field Technicians spend significant time working in confined spaces, around petroleum vapors, and outdoors in all weather conditions.
A day in the life can range from using electromagnetic locators or ground penetrating radar to locate underground tanks, to soil, water, and air vapor sampling, excavation, crawlspace work, and precision hand digging.
This is not an easy job by any stretch of the imagination. The right fit will have a passion for the environment and enjoy the construction aspect of this vital occupation.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform soil and groundwater sampling.
- Conduct soil gas sampling.
- Assist with hazardous waste cleanup.
- Work with soil vapor extraction systems.

Position Overview
Environmental Works LLC is seeking a high-energy CSR / Sewer & Underground Project Coordinator.
At Environmental Works, we believe the best Project Engineers are built from the ground up. To manage a $50k underground utility project, you must first understand the needs of the customer on the other end of the line.
The first 3–6 months of this role are dedicated to mastering our CSR and Dispatch operations. This is your “Internal Boot Camp” where you will learn exactly how we solve problems for our clients, how our sewer, radon, heating oil tank, plumbing, and septic technicians operate, and how to navigate the fast-paced logistics of a top-tier environmental firm.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for high-volume incoming calls.
- Book inspections, intake project details, and strategically dispatch calls to the appropriate Project Managers.
- Manage the complex calendar of our sewer, radon, heating oil tank, plumbing, septic, and underground crews using ServiceTitan and CRM software.
- Coordinate with local municipalities to pull plumbing and right-of-way permits and manage “811” utility locate requests.
- Assist PMs with technical documentation, reviewing lead spreadsheets, project tracking, project coordination, bid follow-up, job follow-up, client satisfaction, filing, and more.
- Ensure every job is documented with precision to maintain our “Job Done Right” standard.
Career Growth & Advancement
Months 0–6: CSR & Dispatch
- High-volume phone handling, booking inspections, and dispatching to PMs.
- Learn the industry, the clients, and the “EWorks” way.
Months 6–24: Project Engineering
- Transition into technical support.
- Handle permitting, site analysis, and compliance documentation.

Year 3+: Project Management
